SHIPPING

International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, which means you will have to pay these fees separately when your order arrives. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase, these are nonrefundable.

Delivery times may vary depending on the country, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.

Delivery charges outside Thailand will be supported by the Customer. Shipping costs may vary depending on your location. Please add your selected to your cart and use our form in order to estimate the shipping cost for your order

WARRANTY

We provide a three-month warranty from the date of purchase (proof of purchase required). If the handbag proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use (abrasion, discoloration, contamination and migration are not qualified). We will repair the item free of charge.

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns but if your item is found to be defective, we will replace your item with the new one so long as the item is in ‘as new’ condition and well packaged with its original packaging (carton box, dust bag, label intact etc.). You have 14 days from receiving your order to exchange them. Mynte Studio reserves the right to refuse the exchange of products with visible signs of use.
